Well that's your prerogative obviously. Can't say he'd be my first choice but AP will likely have taken counsel from the likes of Motu, Fitz, contacts at West's etc. If he feels Hodgson is the best available candidate given all the relevant circumstances then I trust it will be a more informed decision than I could make.

Unfortunately this wont happen, he is a regularly starter and on two much money. He is the type of halfback we need just a bit of of our league. His brother would be a gamble and I'd doubt he would get a visa.

If we were to sign Nikorima, surely you would announce it at the same time as releasing the new shirt so as to maximise sales.

The club have been planning the JW tribute for a very long time, and quite rightly IMO have set aside the launch all around him. The shirt sells itself, it's that good. Any squad strengthening good news more likely to coincide with season passes I would imagine?

Catalans struggling for money, I'd be tempted to make a offer for a couple of their players I'd happily have Tomkins or Maloney and I also wouldn't mind Dudson and Whitely.

I think Maloney has failed to live up to his billing so far in SL, no doubt he’s a very good player but just not shown it so far in this league.



I agree about Dudson as think he would be a very good addition and full the gap in the forwards.



Whitley is a decent player but just don’t know where he’d fit in the current squad unless he’d be in place of Jones if he is leaving.

Id take Dudson, Sam Tomkins and Tom Davies lol
