Big worry is the signings been made with a coach that hadn’t a clue what he’s doing. All he did through the game was sit motionless with his chin on his hand.

I was quite optimistic when he came as HC but he has shown nothing in any way that he can actually Coach. He doesn’t have any conviction in any decision and all just seems like guess work in hope.

It’s clear we still have no structures in place and he just repeats the same stuff without any changes even though it is simply not working and doesn’t even look close to it.

at least our self-congratulatory echo chamber posse should now clearly see that we have to replace this coach.

I seriously think Pearson has given up if he doesnt show Hodgson the door tonight.

Why he has allowed Hodgson to sign such average players like Sutcliffe and Dwyer for next season is beyond belief given the clubs poor results and his past recruitment.

Well I think Hodgson is stealing a living as a coach, so will be delighted to see the back of him. You and a few others seem to think he's an unlucky hard done too coaching genius. He isn't.

Today was always going to be a tough sell for tickets with the weather, cost of living and it's a stupid loop game...but the home ends are getting more and more sp as the months go on. And Wakefield on TV and a repeat game against Toulouse are hardly going to set the tills alight.

If Hodgson and Purtill are still at the club next season I honestly think that Pearson will be lucky if he sees 4000 next season.



For all the players were and have been poor it up to the coaching team to change things and get the best out the players.

Playing Houghton week in week out for 80 mins is just a highlight of the issues of Hodgson as a Coach. Even a blind man could see after 25mins he was out on his feet yet the Hodgson & Purtill left him out they’re leaving huge holes in the line which St’s exploited as it’s obvious what we do.

I’m not blaming Danny but he has to also take some responsibility and stick his hand up like Ellis did and say he can’t play 80 mins anymore.

Today was another game that the manner of defeat was inexcusable and indefensible and sadly no longer surprising.

Based on previous appointments even if he goes he will be replaced by someone similarly unproven though.

Thats the worrying thing. We've seen it all before so many times, can't really be bothered to get mad anymore.

Yeh another assistant to be given time to learn, then we'll be told we need a clearout of the squad and it'll take time...the difference in the same tired plot this time is the Club will be bust from a lack of season pass sales

Pearson has also to take responsibility for bad decisions and allowing the club to become fantasy island when it comes to Hodgsons poor recruitment and that hoping several of the clubs younger players develop into S/L players and that will be enough to catapult the club into a top team.

Disgraceful effort , No back bone in the entire team . They look like they've just met, total shambles .Get a fooking proper coach in ffs pearson .

To be honest can’t argue with that at all. Pearson needs to take responsibility for the mess of his own doing as he was quick to fire Gentle but took far too long to get rid of Radford and it e we ours seem he hadn’t learnt anything with the appointment and continuation of Hodgson as HC.



The only way for Pearson to resolve this is to pay for a an experienced and proven HC rather that have the club acting ad s training facility for inexperienced coaches to learn in the job

To make matters worse Pearsons continuation with Hodgson & Purtill who’ve shown nothing at all I respect of being capable of doing the job info t they’ve shown the opposite just exacerbates things. So now eve. If we get a new coach we have the self same issues of a squad up with no movement for the new coach.



For me Hodgson has no clue and is completely out his depth and needs to be gone with immediate affect.

You dont need to be a proven coach to be successful in R/L and that goes in football also

I am certain that even some of the English coaches in the game even in the second tier would do a lot better than Hodgson given the backing he has from Pearson

What other coach in S/L would make five positional changes because we lost our full back.

Wouldnt Smith to full back and Lovodua to six have been more sensible?

Hodgson ain't going anywhere (I think)

Dwyer is a massive upgrade on what you have got (most Leeds fans would like him to stay ) Sutty is a great squad man but should not be in your first seventeen

The worry is that if Hodgson isnt going anywhere it’s the fanbase that will be the one that’s gone.

Listened to Hodgson coming home and it was pathetic. I’ve given him the benefit of the doubt , but 40+ point beatings are becoming the norm, and he just asked us to be patient.



I hate the Dobbins with a passion but they at least show fight and effort. Everything we don’t.

Three times we've had 60 points put on us with two of them at home , Just not acceptable..

We’ve conceded more points in the last half dozen games than Saints have all year.
