Humberside Sports team are the biggest set of bell ends going. Doc and Richie do their best to bring credibility to the station but the rest are complete crap.
Burnsy went public trying to be a funny man at the expense of Hull FC and it's fans. James Rule has stuck up for those fans and the image of the club by sticking two fingers up to Burnsy the same way any other director would if his company had been mocked publicly by someone who is paid to be impartial.
Unlike other clubs Rule goes onto another perfectly accessible media outlet (KCFM) and gives regular output to the fans, as does the website and the HDM as well as the Rugby Press.
It is not as if Humberside is the only place to hear news these days.

'" You do have a brilliant coach (again I admit  ) but.......the rest of the RL world has taken notice too........Hull KR's purse is no where near as big as most of the 'bigger' clubs, and the the weather at the wind tunnel that is Poorhouse Lane is never too inviting even in high summer!
Morgan has set his stall out, I doubt he will be any immediate rush to sign anything keeping him at Rovers!!! |

Back on topic. I fail to see what difference this will make to us fans. I live out of town and still get upto date info from and about the club. I have a direct link to KCFM on the HFC toolbar on this computer. I also read forums and websites.
It will allow the idiots on Humberside to constantly go on about not being able to talk to the club, but there is a pattern emerging here. Sports clubs banning the station from talking to them. It might now be time for the powers that be at RH to take stock. They may get licence payers money, but if their listener figures start falling, then the powers that be have to act or the bosses in London will start to ask questions.
Burnsy can not carry on as if he is some kind of demi god who can do and say whatever he wants. OK to be a shock jock, but its always best to do your research first and to take into account your listeners before opening your trap. This he clearly failed to do in the Reardon fiasco as Gwillum to his credit tried to point out.'"
