I did notice a while ago that he was on the HullFC 2011 company listing, and didnt understand why as we've not used that for anything youd have thought it would have been shutdown if it was just used during the takeover.
He’s not on his way out simply refinancing the loans he personally underwrote. Loans with personal guarantees are different to loans secured against company assets so moving them around helps with deferring the repayment. With no assets for security he has to guarantee them against things like his home.
