I have been to Hull FC's training facilities and they are excellent
But sadly they are not even close to the facilities available at Kirkstall (2016 apart when it was under water

Rovers have a fantastic deal giving exclusive rights to the stadium for 99 years. Rovers get all the money from any event at KCOM Craven Park, well to be exact whatever is negotiated with the party staging the event. HCC do not have any involvement or income from KCOM Craven Park whatsoever. It was the least they could do after spending £43m on the KC stadium.
However you dress it up Rovers are the owners of KCOM Craven Park for 99 years.

Just to clarify Hull KR pay rent for use of the North stand and all the bar, restaurant and concourse facilities we have a meeting with Mike Smith every three months, so to say no involvement or income is wrong.

Seen that the issue happened November and no date yet on when it will be resolved - who is liable Phil? If I understood it the council were the project managers. So is recourse to the council or Hobson and Porter, or KCD mentioned? Or are Rovers responsible for maintenance as part of KCD lease?
