Not exactly going to plan.

Absolutely abysmal yet again. 17 players who looked like they hardly knew each other. Shocking ball control and decision making throughout the team and continuing to see really poor basic level of skills from experienced players.

Fundamentally the game is about passing, catching and tackling, all of which seem a struggle to us currently. The levels of these basic skills last night were way below what you'd expect from well paid, full time professional sportsmen.

All of tehse players need to take a long hard look in the mirror and decide if they're actually up for it because we can't go on putting in performances like last saturday and last night

Yeah, we was poor, and have been a few times this season. But for some reason, I'm still confident we're gonna be thereabouts, when the trophy's are handed out.

Half way stage and still well placed, and in the hunt, with big room for improvement (particularly at home).

Leigh had a few though calls I thought in the first 20 minutes, which changed the nature of the game.

They're still the worst team in Sl though. Widnes have fewer points but theyve had horrendous injury problems and will be much better if they ever get anywhere near a fit 1st choice team on the field
