You have a point there. Houghton is expected to get through a bucketload of tackles and still be able to consistently pass the ball accurately. To me, the inaccuracy of his passing is usually the weight of the throw, and this makes sense to be linked to the amount of punishment/fatigue he will have in his arms. People should have a friend smack them in the arms for 20 minutes and then try and land a ball on a target on the ground 10 yards away 9 times out of 10. I bet they'd be short and long more often than they'd be wide.
