Exact same thing happened with Agar, the lads all liked him (suppose it is easier for the 2nd in command to build that buddy relationship).
They may all like Radders now & indeed decide to play for him, however once any-thing goes wrong & he has to become a leader and it upsets one of them the same boil will re-emerge!
Lots of people saw Radders down Prinny Ave last night with several players, & I believe he was in Blackpool with them, O'Meleys wife put on f/book that he had been on a 3 day bender. Not the best start for a head coach of a SL club, very much what a National Conference League team do and that is exactly what Radders was.
Radders was trainer until Hay parted company a few months ago it was only then that Radders stepped up to 2nd in command so in essence he has even less experience than most on here are claiming.
