Sorry to see Lynchy leave if I'm honest and wonder where it leaves in regards recruitment for 2014 as the departures both in terms of quality and numbers so far, far outweigh incomings and as we found out this season we never adequately replaced the loss of Moa or Manu.

This close season is going to be very critical as get it wrong and we will no doubt fall further behind the chasing pack instead of moving forward.

Think its probably the right time for him to go, although saying that when you look at the recruitment and rumored recruitment maybe not!
He had a great first season, and a not too bad second but he slows our already slow play of the ball down. He struggles to get to his feet now.
