Can anyone say why in this day and age we have Roman Numerals foisted upon us.



For example....Super League XV11....Why not Super League 14 ( if that's what XV11 means )

I can't image 99% of the population being taught it,use it,let alone understand it.

I believe 100% of the population are taught it at school (I know I was),



XVII is 17,



X = 10

V = 5

II = 2

The worlds gone mad!!
