Welcome to the NEW RLFANS.COM. After twenty-five years of service, the old site expired over the last few days. To maintain service we have had no option but to make an early switch to the new site which was in development/testing. Similar thing happened to me last year - different reason, but needed to return a pass for full refund. At first they said I needed the loose document that slides
in the pass cover, but even though I didn't have that they refunded me in full. They were very helpful!!!

Good to hear the club have previously given refunds, fingers crossed for you interview and if you get it hopefully you will get a refund on your pass.
