got to agree with you the stewards are a bunch of over the top door handles,we arnt allowed to sit on the back row in the north stand either. great turn out from you guys well done.old faithful sounded great,good luck in the cup and well done, see you next year. |

I can understand if fans were been threatening or doing anything out of order but every fan in the stadium were there to enjoy the game and only got wound up by the actions of the stewards, this snowballed into them having to work alot harder than they should have had to. If they keep that up next season in SL, I can see them starting trouble for themselfs with some teams and losing away fans who will refuse to be treated in such a ">way.'"
Plus the bald headed steward who came to have a "quiet " word with one Hull fan for sticking two fingers up to a decision and disrupted that section for about 10mins walking away calling everyone Yorkshire scum.

I was sat in the North Stand with the Widnes fans, I saw a few lads being told by the stewards, looking at how full the stand was it was pretty obvious what it was about.. couldn't understand why they couldn't have just lifted up the netting and let them sit down!!
Anyway it was my first ever Rugby League game, It was a brilliant match, really enjoyed it and now will attend more games with my new adopted local club, Salford.
