I don't disagree really, I'm just not sure it would be the massive disaster you think it would though, and I wouldn't write his career off so early.

And as for getting a coach who has had teams that play with flair coming here and doing the same, forget it, you can't polish a turd.
We do not have the players to have an expansive game FACT!

i reckon players such as phelps,long,horne,obst,houghton,westerman,manu are expansive and creative players but the structure of the team in attack is awfull and thats why you get alot of individual efforts but the coach is the man to give the players structures in attack to work with and a licence to express themselves aswell |
