Does how he speaks matter?



I hear him speak on radio and tv and I'm looking to turn the sound off, whereas I have been to several coaching seminars and coaching sessions run by Justin Morgan, as well as listened to him speak on tv radio etc and I wish I was playing for him. Morgan motivates and inspires, in my opinion lesser quality players than we have (on paper but sadly we dont play on paper) to be better than us over last 2/3 years. Maybe why he is also much sought after on Sky n BBC to commentate when others are not.



Communication is the main tool you have to coach with: it promotes your leadership qualityies, motivational skills, selling your ethos of how the team should play and getting everyone to believe in it. Poor communication skills you might as well play snooker with a rope, or not be a coach.

Are you serious? Kear is ten times the coach Agar is. I seem to remember a game plan and motivational performance by him which is still my happiest ever FC memory.
