To maintain service we have had no option but to make an early switch to the new site which was in development/testing. it acknowledges my concerns however he explained he is unavailable due to a family bereavment however he will respond in more depths to the points I have made in a few days.

I am fine with that (atcually if he has suffered a family bereavment he did well to do the radio show) will keep you informed of my responce.'"
