The board wanted to emulate the idea of a coaching dynasty , replacing caoches as they decided to move on with the assistant. Fine but all of these dynasties have been based on success rather than failures!

Agar , Last , Crookes and Sharp have all failed or are associated with failure.They're too close to the players , been there too long. Nothing will really change until you clear them out and the new coaching team clear the decks of the players that are clearly going nowhere. />

Totally agree. Im reading a really good book at the minute about a Brazilian company that needed to make a huge cultural shift as they had got into so many embedded bad habits. The first thing their new owner did was remove all of the top management and start from scratch to shape his own positive culture.



Time for a wholesale change at FC for me.
