Not a touch on Barrett so Wigan have definately been back-pedaling. If he's going to stay in the UK however then im sure Wigan will re-sign him. If they choose not to then you have to wonder...if he isn't good enough for Wigan, is he good enough for us?

Just to use Saints they have Gaskell and Lomax playing in the halves. They aren't doing bad.

If a player is GOOD enough then their age means nothing, it amazes me we'll pay good money for okd stagers who are past it but not try the kids out.
My only concern with Williams getting into the first team would be Agar coaching the talent out of him. |

He's really come on this season apparently since signing his full time deal. Interesting though that it's likely he wouldn't have been offered one had we been able to recruit better externally.

They going well mate, if saints lose Pryce it will be interesting to see if they go for anyone.
They are of course marshelled by Roby and Wellens.
Tbh I would give Williams a game when Longs out, he's in full time training and should know the plays, it would mean minimum disruption to the side. |

Think Nicklas' injury had more to do with it tbh.

Thats the club Hull FC is these days though and has been for a few years now. The youth teams dont produce enough quality so the club signs ageing aussies and past it SL players to try and keep us on an even keel but this does nothing for the club in the long term. I can almost guarantee that the process will repeat next season and the next and so on. As a club we need massive changes, from board, to coaching to the whole ethos of the club and until the our current board are gone and we get someone with passion and an interest in Hull FC to own and run the club with the chance of that being next to zero so this is what we are stuck with indefinately imo.
