Just been announced on Twitter thay Tyler Randell as signed with us from 2018

Hopefully he'll come before the Super 8's start. Might freshen things up along with the return of Miller.

Good timing to get him to commit whilst we were a top 4 side.

We must want to try and get him sooner, or else why the rush to get it finalized before the deadline day?

It would be good if it is him that we have signed prior to deadline. The announcement did not mention him being signed before the deadline

I have been quite critical of late on our kicking game. With him spending time in the halves too, could improve this. He could even add a bit of pressure to those playing at 6 and 7

He'd be great in the 8s. Give us a spark when we need it.

Wood has been outstanding imho and has lifted his game through the season.
The problem is we are going to break him if we keep asking him to do the big minutes in the middle.
And good as he is moving Hadley disrupts the pack and slows the ptb.

Wood back to interchange will freshen him up too.

Good signing for us that. Offers great utility as well, from Hooker to SO to Lock, which I think is where he started playing. It would be great if we could get him over for the 8's, but seems that it's from 2018 on a 2 year deal. Hopefully he settles quickly and does the business. Only 24 years old as well, with a fair number of NRL games under his belt, even though he's been in and out of first grade a bit lately.

I hope I am wrong - but we have used a quota spot on a player when can not make the knights first grade team who have 3 games in 3 years!!!!!!!! surely we can afford someone who has better reputation than that as a quota player - but we did sign Williams from reserve grade and that has worked out well hasn't it?
