At the moment three players for our club have career threatening injuries caused by a car accident. Unless some real facts come out to say otherwise, lets be a little more supportive and a lot more respectful of those players and the trauma they are going through.

Oddly I believe he's nearly 60 I'm told but acts and rants like a five rear old - a visit to his GP is my advice as it adds up to one thing IMHO

Watch CC interview on Radio Yorkshire website where he is asked about Annakin & other two. He said Annakin alright but will make no further comment due to the police investigation at this time.

Am I reading too much into this, he says Annakin is "alright" is he suggesting the other two aren't?

Dear me, hope the lads ok. Early rumour's suggested two of the injured may never play again, I sincerely hope that was wrong but it's looking ominously true.

Has anyone any info regarding the three lads injured? Is Owen out of hospital yet? Have Annakin or Kirmond trained since the incident?

From what I've seen Kirmond won't be training for some considerable time. I hope it's one of those looks worse than it actually is but "cut" to the ankle is a massive understatement

Just a thought but maybe there is a police investigation going on. I would guess they'll be no announcements until that has been completed.

It is the law to investigate if injuries occur in an accident or you certainly have to report the incident.
