Not sure what issue you have with Chases tackling, that's a strange one.
As for the Moore bit I really don't think you know what you are on about in this case - far worse behavioral issues in the past than Chase who's main issue appears to be problems with depression.

May not make sense to you but some things never do.
Smith came first time round and was great.
Second time was hit and miss, then Locke turns up and Smith nose dives.
Smith could have left Wakey with a great reputation but now will only be remembered for letting the club down with his drunken antics.
Chase is a class player on his day but not what we need with his admission about depression. | | |

So you reckon that we can afford his wages to have him sit on the bench and not play? Very expensive back up option IMO.
What I mean with Moore is that we got him in because we needed a straight replacement for McShane and heading into the middle 8's we had to sign someone to shore up the squad. Signing Chase now would not be a necessity as such, more a luxury.
Chase can't even get himself on the pitch for Leigh, was ineffective as the main man surrounded by stars for Salford and left Cas after getting sentenced to 2 years for GBH and breaching club discipline. He's just a bad news bear unfortunately, shame about his depression but it's a tough business and we of all clubs can't be carrying passengers. |

The fact that a player of his talent is being touted around with talk of a pay as you play deal, is testament to his toxicity; he simply can't function in a team and history has proven that over and over again. Like Gareth Hock, there are some players that do more harm than good to a settled team - Chase is one of them.
