Shame you missed the first half snowie there was some great tries scored, they tired in the second half due to the conditions but still had far too much for the Wigan side

Second half did not live up to the first but some cracking defence from both sides made up for it.

I wish our game had been cancel as to was very conditions for young lads to pass the ball, due to the wind it made more of a pin ball game

Ironically, only Billy Conway and Gary Spencer really made the high level from this team.

I thought Green and Moules would have gone on to much bigger things but never really kicked on in the top flight. (Think Steve Green got some injuries didn't he?)



and if not for injuries, I think Richard Kelly would have been the best rugby playing member of the Kelly family. Did ok at first team level but too many injuries meant he didn't achieve his full potential.



Good lessons for the young guys coming through. A lot of hard work still ahead.

Rob Moules played for Scarborough Pirates - another expansion club that did the RFL proud.
