It was closed today. However, a few of the players were sat outside Costa having a coffee. I saw Matt Blaymire go back inside for some extra milk, but by the time he'd returned his latte had gone cold.



Also, Gareth Carvell was sat inside on his own at the same time.

Sun Bed Kid wants to forget Super bowl car park, Costa Coffee is the new place to be seen........

Costa coffee does appear to be one of the essential food groups for RL players, along with Nando's; both to be consumed whilst wearing flip-flops.

Every Rugby League player is presented with a pair by their club, be they amateur or professional. Have to be worn with knee length shorts all year round.

Got my ugg flip flops 3 years ago and still going strong, good sensible yorkshire common sense!!!

Quite a few at the shop about 4:30 today. Came out with a bag stuffed full. All I need now is a return to winter rugby and I should be well warm on matchdays - not really a good look for July though!!!

I went in yesterday afternoon and yes they had some then.

Some real bargains to be had down there.



I bought one of the zip up tops reduced from £40 to £12.



Lots of other stuff in lots of sizes, well worth a visit.

It is nice that there is a mega sale at the club and for once it doesn't involve players.

Or posters from other clubs speculating that we must be in financial difficulty as we're flogging stuff off.

As I put on an earlier post on this thread, one of the shop girls stated exactly, "it was to make way for new stock" for once we have got our inorder, clearly we are spooking a few other clubs or at least some of their less enlightened supporters!

Other posters from other clubs are not very bright and are just wishing "out loud" sad bitter and dim springs to mind.



Its nice to be able to sit back and laugh at them.

Its a clearance sale like you say, are they spooked or worried though.
