In fact, I'd be very surprised if any SL chairman or owner would do that. I think the aim of Wakefield, fingers crossed they get sorted out, would be to splash a bit of cash on getting the weak areas of the business upto scratch in the hope of making it self-sufficient in the long term.

Well, no. It's quite simpe really. I hope you do come out stronger and more unified as it can only benefit the game and encourage further growth in rugby league. I would hate to see any heartland club struggle especially one of the sides that Cas have a derby with. But I want us to retain our licence so I hope we smash you to give us another advantage in the licensing stakes, albeit a small and insignificant one compared to other factors.
