Green showed up very well towards the end of last season while on load and is a great replacement for England, who although excellent on his day, was definitely on the downslope.

Getting back on track, one of the things I like about the Green signing is that the Hull fans say good things about him and most are disappointed he is leaving. Most signings are met with the old fans either not bothered or slagging them off saying they never wanted him in the first place.

I can only ever remember Lauitiiti getting that kind of response when leaving.
