Ian Brooke kicked off very well
The cornet player did a great job.
We have plenty of players who try hard and give 100% which is good but only BJ and Millard with any creative guile with out them we never look like scoring against the top 8 sides
Morrison is our best player but should not have to play at 6. It has been obvious that the speed and accuracy of our pass from dummy half is just not good enough, Obst is a top player but his pass is poor, Latu is a poor player and his pass is not good enough, halfs backs of Cooke and Morrison will not trouble any SL team. Why did it take 65 minutes to get our best passer, Davey onto the pitch.
Millard was fit to play, but was not selected, why leave a class player out. I am not saying Millard would have meant we won the game but he is a better centre than JD.

King is a top prop and we should sign him on for next season.
Who the hell is deciding at 10 nil and 14 nil down not to take the two points when they are on offer. Again not saying we would have won but if we kicked the penalties then the score could have been 6 - 10 after 15 minutes. Why oh why oh why oh why do we always run the penalties is the whole team thick, its not hard to work out ...... always take the two.
We were very lucky to get 6 points. Nice goal kick from Cookey
If and when BJ gets back he has to play at 6, Davey should play at 9, Obst at 7, Morrison in the pack and Cookie on the bench.
