Plus, we were given dispensation on BV (as it was deemed to be "not up to SL standard", this wont last forever and clearly, with all that the club has been through, nobody wants to be dropped from SL, especially due to the condition of the ground.

Don't see any reason why he would be looking to move on. BV hasn't been sold yet and the rent was negotiated down with an option to review each year. Moving away from the city would all but kill his initial investment. We would still be paying rent with a lower spectator Base so it just doesn't make any financial sense, particularly with a potential CC final on the offing.

In addition I would guess that there may be a review each year but that will probably be just the level of the rent, not whether you are going to get out of the lease. I would think that there would be a penalty for leaving early.
