This will be our first visit to St James' Park, so I'm wondering where will be the best place to park without spending a fortune ??
We are booked in for lunch at The Toby Carvery in the Metro Centre at 12.30 so will be making our way to the ground maybe around 1.30 ??, so all the Codheads and the Shudds taxi will be in by then and all the Wigan and Wire fans will no doubt be arriving around the same time ??
Looking on Google maps there look to be quite a few car parks close to the stadium, but am wondering if anyone can recommend one please ??
We parked at the
Eldon Square's car park for the World Cup opener against Samoa. Can’t remember how much it was but it’s in a decent location and plenty of space. It’s a large circular building.
