I agree it was time to let Milky go, the 3 year deal from Cas was not something we should have been competing with. The mistake was not replacing him with a decent 6, everyone could see from the 2022 season that Gaskill was not a viable option. Personally I would leave Milky at Cas, their fans hate him, he is a huge drain on their finances, it is better for us going forward ( and always has been and forever will be ) if Cas struggle. Cas having to pay Milky £ 125,000 a year for the next two years is brilliant, Cas fans do know their rugby and they saw very quickly that Milky was not the answer. We should not do anything that helps Cas is anyway whatsoever and us taking Milky would be a massive help to them
I heard that Powell has been down at the club this week with the current squad and told them to go and line up in their usual positions.....so they went and stood under the sticks
