Those 54 million views look a bit out of place in the Champs...lol
Actually, it doesn't seem that easy to account for.
Wakey must generate.......interest, if nothing else
Sheffield have zero presence on a forum of their own that I'm aware of other than their fans' Facebook page which you have to be a member of.
Of course a lot of chat happens on those FB fans pages that most teams have (Fev and Bradford have at least 2 of these). But in my opinion you tend to learn a bit more from the old-fashioned forums such as this one.
Talking of forums...if anyone is wondering where most Championship teams discuss their clubs, squad news etc...(Fev fan in peace)
Fev, York, Batley, Barrow, Swinton and Dewsbury tend to be via TotalRL forums as opposed to RL fans.
Halifax, Bradford and Doncaster tend to be on RLfans.

Quote="PopTart"Is the Widnes one connected to the club or independent?'"
As far as I know it's independent, but I think James Gordon (RL journalist, founder of LoveRugbyLeague.com and Widnes fan) set it up, he posts there too.
The reason I ask is everybody is going to have to rethink the forum thing.
Lots of traffic being lost to clubs as was mentioned above.
The problem being, they won't be quite as 'free speech' as say RLfans or Facebook group. The club can't allow posts that are potentially libelous ...... like calling refs cheats etc.
When you say it on FB no one cares, on here it's watched and judged on its merits, but for the club it can get them in trouble.
You can add the RL papers who have a grand total of 5 lines regarding the club. These mainly relate to the confirmed departures and two possible signings. I guess we will just have to get use to this because it goes with the territory we have found ourselves in.
