Shame how it has all panned out.

MC has done so much off the pitch, in terms of rescuing the club, apparent financial stability, buying the ground back, and getting stadium half-sorted. It's hard to criticise that part of the business.

Unfortunately, however, Trinity is a rugby club, and the success on the pitch has been no better than under the other owners. Ted and Glover each had play-offs. MC has matched Ted in last-day stay-up games. He has exceeded Ted only in that he will see us go down. On the pitch, we have probably been the worst ever, apart from that short period where Chester was supported by Kear.

I know he gets unnecessary gripes because of the players he didn't give new contracts to, with some personal grudges played out in the criticisms, but it's a shame that the legacy of how MC will end his tenure will tarnish how he started it.

Really sums it up for me. I don’t think anyone should belittle MC based upon their interpretation of the the last 5 years worth of recruitment without first understanding his early involvement and achievements. Yes he was on the board when Glover burnt loads of cash, but not many of us were in that boardroom. We don’t have the context.

MC’s involvement seems to be on the wane, while JM seems to be emerging as the anti hero at the moment. Hope we can move on from and get the takeover sorted.

whats can you do with your safe hands policy of prudence which unfortunatly looking at these account are in shreds.
lets hope mr newbuyer is the man we all hope he is

Sounds like you want the current incombants(??) to take the business to insolvency? I don’t see how else can they take on a debt or commitment free company???

in annalise it seem they have to put a lot of monies in? likely with directors leaveing ?
compromising with some ageed figour suitable to both parties or as you say!!!!
only other alternative is to run the club down to meet a unknown budget or ambition
