One Aussie assistant who seems to be doing well is Lee Briers. I'm surprised Warrington didn't go in for him. He's the Brisbane attack coach, and they have the best and most exciting attack in the NRL (helped by having an experienced half-back surrounded by a young squad).
Dare I say that Richard Agar seems to be doing well at New Zealand Warriors, who are the surprise package this year, but I reckon he prefers being an assistant to being a head coach. Looking back now, the days of Richard Agar are halcyon days.
