Quote ="try scorer"Just watched highlights blame coach if you must first half trys caused by a threequarter line that can't tackle a load of soft lads there second half's huddersfield just ran with the ball and we ran with em but didn't tackle if the coach is in experienced then the platers are useless you can stay up with an inexperienced coach but not with useless players'"
The defence and tackling was a huge difference from last weeks effort vs Wigan where we were dominant and aggressive in line speed and tackling.
Even stranger if what has been posted that new owner took over this week but haven’t been announced (can’t remember if it was a comment on FB or here).
Anyway that performance wasn’t good enough.
The spine looked dysfunctional again and it was like watching the trinity of 5 games ago return with dropping ball, poor metre gains and not strong enough in the tackle.
For me Lino didn’t fit but it was hard to be too critical when the forwards didn’t punch enough.
If Gale is fit though for wire it has to be Gale/Dagger.
As it stands we don’t have time to dwell on a sub par performance and it’s all eyes on Warrington. If we can find the energy and focus we had vs Wigan then we who knows.
