Sorry Fil, I’ve got to add my name to those who had a good experienced, even though I hadn’t to change the password. Especially impressed with the card scanning - a first for me. 2 emails later and sorted - very convenient if you can’t get into town!
Only used the ticket site once for a cup game. Not the most user friendly but compared to the circus that is buying gig tickets On release day it's a doddle
Have to say I've used it many times but there appears to be an updated website page for buying tickets now and I found it slightly more difficult than previous as there are few instructions to guide you. I figured it out pretty quickly but some text instead of just the shopping cart pictures wouldn't go astray!
