Can't see him getting a ban I thought he was unlucky getting 10 mins to be honest. But I do agree in dropping him he was back to his usual self, hands on hips and saying nothing when Leeds scored we need a leader on the pitch and he doesn't offer anything a captain should.

the crucial decision was the 'try' call from the ref
however... whilst I don't think the Leigh played would have conceded a penalty try (as he was not in the act of scoring/and he might still have been stopped by a legal tackle) ... it would certainly have been a penalty and probable sin-bin
that said ... the fish and chip paper said BJB scored... and the game was deservedly won. | | |

Not sure if watching it on TV from 13,000 miles away is any different to watching it on TV from Lupset Estate, if one camera clearly shows the ball on the line then that makes the other cameras' redundant.
The referee's decision is always crucial as that one camera showed he got it right, as you say the fish and chip paper say's we won.

You still get served fish & chips in newspaper?! Those were the days - we get 'em in polysytrene trays, this side of the Pennines. And there's definitely nowt on them that says BJB scored!
