Could someone far more erudite and aware of the whole sickening Newmarket saga than I am forward it in condensed form for inclusion in the wonderfully exposing "Rotten Boroughs" section of Private Eye magazine. That would show the whole nation what a corrupt council we have here in Wakefield?

So WMDC are all over the Castleford S106 which is basically a benefit for a privately owned entity (Cas Tigers), which is a stark contrast to the total contempt they have shown for the Newmarket one and the benefits it should now be providing for the citizens of Wakefield - you know, they actual people the Councillors are supposed to represent.
