I would agree with that 100% mate. I haven't missed one game in the last 5 years, home, away, friendlies. I have seen the good , the bad and the downright ugly but looking at the team we put out and the team we were playing and the totally biased referee, away to the 2nd best team in the comp. I don't think we did too bad. I think that some of the young lads showed up well and imo the effort was there. I am sure that a lot of the part time coaches on here will doubt that but I will be at hkr next week doing what a lot of you so called supporters should be doing. think Webster is managing the squad pretty shrewdly with what he has got and I am not really bothered if we win another game as long as when we get to the business end of the season he does the business which is plainly the plan

There aren't many teams that have 20 stone 6 foot 4 tall prop forwards although Trinity have lost 10 games on the bounce now and the other teams didn't have huge packs. He'd invested in props who had a reputation for being injury prone such as Paea and Kirke and its back fired as Anderson has also got seriously injured. Paea obviously has a long term chronic knee injury with Webster referring to his current injury surprisingly being on his 'good' knee!



I hope that Anderson, Collis, Hall, Owen and Kirmond are fit to play the next couple of games and this horrendous run of form stops.

Looking on the positive side, the last 4 superleague games have been Leeds a Warrington a Wigan h and St Helens a. I don't think anyone would expect us to won those games although we would have hoped to compete better. The next 3 Hull K R a Leighton h and Widnes h don't look quite so daunting so let's stop talking about saving ourselves for the middle eight and start trying to restores one pride. At the beginning of the season we would have said these 3 games were winnable so hopefully players and coach will give 100 percent whatever the injury situation.

Websters comments about not having the ball for two sets of ten minutes, is the difference between Saints being able to score 40 at home, they know how to control a game.

In contrast to our home game when being 12-6 up at half time, playing Saints with one fit sub, we weren't prepared to be patient and control the game by making it them rotate their one sub more.

If you are starved of the ball for 20 mins, the dam is going to burst.

I'm still pretty optimistic, it's just the keyboard coaches on here in that have me shaking my head.

No criticism but I find it ironic as your comments could also be considered to be 'keyboard coaching'.

So basically you are agreeing that the coaching and player performances are not up to scratch. You don't need a coaching badge to see we are poorly coached and lack desire you just need to watch us on a regular basis
