Agar said when he arrived that there was no natural captain. />
He gave it to Southern, and I can see why. Unfortunately his injury and performance dip (and an idiot on Twitter) put paid to that. />
It then fell to Kirmond, who is a great team captain, but not the type of leader you need for the trenches. />
If Kirmond is Captain, he needs a sergeant major. I don't see one in that team. />
A psychologist could help the group find a way of dealing without one. |

I agree - another player who was unfairly bagged; he came to do some work with our junior team whilst he was still here and said pretty much the same: "I'll play wherever the boss tells me to, but I'm getting bashed up every week." />
He also said that SL was way more intense and hurtful than a lot of Aussie players believe it to be.
