He can keep hold until someone offers what he considers a fair deal. If the shares are 'worthless', as you state, then why aren't the current owners giving them away, also why not let the S Trust become shareholders. The share have some financial worth, even though you don't think so and they also bestow power. | | | |

They are worthless because the club has a negative net worth. 5% offers no power without sufficient support from other shareholders
