You lot (and York court properties) are not legally obliged to drive a coach and horses through green belt laws and have a stadium and industrial estate built that nobody wants or needs (except for 500 die hard fans), you have no legal right to a stadium.

There but for the grace and all that. It's too easy to keep having a go at Cas fans and rising to the bait, but for a developer wanting to building business units and needing a sweetner for the deal, where exactly would we be now? Humility is what is needed, not bombast.

Especially when the promised land is still not reached
