Oldham "bouncing" Barrow at Barrow shows this league will be anything but easy.



I like to look on the bright side but I'm afraid we'll be lucky to finish in the top 4 if the current form continues.



I still believe we can turn this around but that will take a marked change in mental and physical attitude.

I am an advocate of offering opportunities to individuals to demonstrate their abilities - and whilst Mr. March has been given significant opportunities, perhaps it is now time for him to try something new - clearly his abilities as a Head Coach are not up to standard.

Dreamer pointed out the insults to the players. I agree that the crowd should cut out the negativity and shout some positive things. I've read some psychology books and I've seen with my own eyes the difference positive language can make to the performance of a team rather than negative language. Simple changes from "don't be so stupid" to "let's focus now" can lift our team just. Believe me, it can make a big difference. It is as Dreamer pointed out a change in attitude that is needed and things will start to improve.
