Welcome to the NEW RLFANS.COM. After twenty-five years of service, the old site expired over the last few days. The more techie the better. Doesn't even have to be a fly by the seat of your pants decent. My new aim is to clear the ascent back up to the masts.
Thatsmy main problem with llandeglla. Yeah it has steep lung burners, but its flat and simple with no natural features to make try and pop up over etc...

I've only ever tried to go up Belmont once, Hamstring nearly went!!! put me off since, but got a new route i want to try which takes in all the best bits, but means i have to ride/push back up Belmont  icon_smile.gif" alt="icon_smile.gif" title="Smile" /> just keep a look out on the forums and you will spot plenty of rides up there icon_smile.gif" alt="icon_smile.gif" title="Smile" /> |

Baby now born, healthy and well so i'm back biking again as soon as i've built my dream bike!
My Giant Anthem is now in the Woollybacks! Sold it to a member last week.
