Mcguire seems to have taken you leaps and bounds, and it certainly showed against us. From what I've seen this year, if you were up against Melbourne, you could have pulled it off nicely.

And Like I said about Leeds dominance coming to a close, that is on the back of 2 or 3 players who are really not the same players they were now. But the advantage Leeds do have for this season is the captures of Eastwood and Delaney, who are far and away above any other current overseas signings in their positions. And for that they keep the quality at a level for Leeds that others still need to bridge. A bridge that will happen as those 2 or 3 players slip even further down.

Yeah, apart from those 3 try scoring opportunities where they got over the line but failed to score, yeah apart from those they never really looked like breaking them down.

If we'd had scott donald we probably would have. He'd have almost certainly scored that try in the first half.



But there for the taking?



Come on, that's probably the toughest game leeds will play in all season, in terms of defence and line speed no super league club will match that. Not for the length of time melbourne produced it.
