Why do these threads always descend into stupid, tit for tat, name calling. I'm guessing that we're all adults? if so, can't we just look forward to what will be as always, a great game of rugby league between the two best sides in the comp. Wigan's support has been great the past few years. I think it started during the relegation threat season? and has grown since then. The group name could be better, but the concept is fantastic. Ours is decent in terms of numbers away from home, but lack any variety in terms of song choice. Looking forward to a great game, which probably won't mean much come the end of the season. Wigan V Warrington. It doesn't get much better.

Ticket sales are going great with the South Stand selling out a few days ago, and with only 1900 left in the East and only 1600 left in the West, I expect a lot of these to be snapped up quickly next week.



How are North Stand sales going?



Fully expect to smash last years gate of 21,056.

We should now be looking to a near sell-out every year against Wire and Saints (guess it will depend this year on whether anything is riding on it with it ridiculously being the last round this year). If we continue to do a "Big One" as well (Hull FC in August this year maybe?) then we could easily be looking at 3 20k+ attendances every year.

I dont think the big one will be against Hull FC as on the season ticket page on the club website its advertising that have big games against saints,wire both hull clubs and the big one4 but no mention of a team so could be widnes or bradford.

Widnes could be a decent shout actually, I didn't think the club would do it then though with it being moved to the Monday. They could go down the whole REVENGE route for marketing!

Not sure pal. I think we will bring around 4k to be honest, we will probably claim 6k though. No doubt that both forums will descend into a pit of bitterness, nastiness and stupidity for a week or so after.

I hope not, but the recent track record in that respect doesn't fill me with optimism.

I came off the ground yesterday, thinking that if we defend like that, Warrington will run riot. But I guess they will probably have the same sort of feeling after conceding 30 points at home as well.



I expect it to be a lot tighter on Friday. Too scared to offer a prediction. Can't wait for the first Friday night game of the season. Should be a classic.

I fully expect Friday night's cauldron of noise to have an impact on both sets of players and for it to be a much improve defensive display.

Warrington are not the team they was last season dont get me wrong they are good but they was better last season



Us i think we have been a mixed bag this season i'll write the Widnes game off cause you cant really go on that Hudd and London game we was pretty average imo but then look at Leeds,Brad and Cas and we was the best i've seen in years in both attack and defence if you asked me 2 weeks ago i would say us by 20-30 but Sunday put doubt in my mind



I still think we will win and deep down if you ask any Wire fan they will say the same it will come down to which Wigan team turn up and Wane doesn't need to motivate them for this one Friday it's going to be a cracker
