one of the best centres i've seen. great finish but two absolute howlers from poor gidley.

Indeed I wish St's had signed that Gidley. Much as I have always rooted for Queensland, that BOTD Try should have been given to Hayne early on and would have made for a far better game.

Agreed i back the Maroons but think the Blues were robbed early doors with that and it would have made for a better first half, which i felt was a little flat by Origin standards.

still think the try they DID get was forward. ah well c'est la vie

Yes i felt it was a little flat. Wallace tried his best but they need Soward in for Campese in game II in my opinion.

was good first 10mins and last 10, but in between definitely lacked something i agree. maybe it was the venue.
