Seem to have this every pre-season at wigan with one player or another, it is getting pretty tiring. I am just at a point that the clubs word is the only one that matters to me on whether a player is leaving or not. Everything else just feels like people stirring the pot.

Given no people "in the know" have mentioned any names I'm not convinced about any of these rumours...

Would like to hear your opinions on this whiffy mate instead of just the laugh reacts? Don't feel like i have said anything too controversial here.

The fact cust and mago are training with the squad and are being shown off on social media indicates they are staying. We wouldn't waste time, resources and training hours on players that are leaving. Mago in particular, rumours of him leaving and "done deals" have been around for months, the club would know if he was leaving by now surely?

Hanley does appear to be missing from training photos despite not being an international player and has had chances last season to play but has being overlooked for other options. Must be a reason for that?

Despite all the talk from over in oz of "done deals" and bateman for sure going to west tigers, the club says no offer has even being made. The club was under no obligation to say this or go into as much detail as they have, there didn't seem to be much pressure for it, in fact it seems to be dying off abit i would say, paper talk seems to be lessoning as no new "developments" seem to be happening. They could have just used a generic passing comment to avoid the question and had done with it.

Absolutely, Rogues doesn’t post rumours often but unlike some well known posters elsewhere, when he does, you know something is in them.

Something is clearly happening, whether that be ins or outs (or both) because there’s no reason to hold the squad numbers back with the caveat that they’ll be released once ‘the squad is finalised’.

Ye i will say, rogues post is the only thing making me doubt my opinion, he doesn't seem the type to post without being sure.

I'm not sure why we're doing, so called big business, so late on in the year? Every year it seems like there's always one, or two players who dont have a full preseason with the club.

Wouldn't it just be nice to have a settled off season...

It's certainly a surprise that there's so much activity apparently going on - I think most assumed that would be the squad finalised when Wardle signed. Makes the off season a little more interesting I guess.

Sorry guys hands up. I'll be honest and say my source came from high ! And I'm talking higher than players . Radlinski had met with pryce and the big news for English game was that wigan had beaten off NRL competition . Maybe this is why all has gone quiet within the last week .
But no rogue or fake info given here . Radlinski had met with pryce somethings clearly happened. Just hope he's not coming for just this year before he goes in 2024

KPP confirmed gone at end of the 23 season, good news normally follows bad if history dictates.

It will need to revolve around a federation trained player as things stand.

Just a hunch but I reckon Abbas Miski might be the one to make way if we are making a further overseas signing.

Gutted to lose him, but he signed a 4 year deal and will complete it.

He was on NRL radars before we signed him.

Love watching him play and feel he enormous potential with Sonny Bill like skill.

Hope he starts for us a right second row all year.

That's not a bad shout and would make sense, far too good a player to make only a handful of first team games a season.
