I only saw the last 20mins or so but the effort and commitment looked stronger than ever. Maybe that is because they have seen Sam Tomkins and Shaun Ainscough get their chance and they feel that they could also get a chance if they continue to shine. Keep up the good work lads and give Nobby a headache.

| Did Mossop go well? because he could be in for Hock next week or will Noble put Goulding back in with Bailey moving up to 2nd row?

| Gouldings got to get a chance. He was made the scapegoat for a bad start to the season. He needs a run of games in the first team IMO so we can find out if hes good enough.

| maybe mossop, farrell or flanagan could be pushing for a game in the 1st team now.
Id be tempted to give mossop a game next week.

All 3 of them had good games last night, especially Flanagan imo. Goulding had a very good game last night.
As for Amos Roberts I thought he did very little really, dropping the ball while going over the line at the end of the first half summed the game up for him a little.
The first half was pretty tasty with things threatening to boil over but in the 2nd half we started to get out of the arm wrestle and run them ragged.

I can only remember one pass to his winger, Roberts. And that was a beautiful flick pass to Roberts, leaving him with a walk in for his try. Goulding turned up really well last night, looking dangerous with ball in hand and looking fairly solid in defence.
