Our expectations aint as high as yours, we're getting there slowly, you've been spoiled with some fantastic teams to watch over the years, we've gone bust, had name changes, merged, been rubbing rags for 1st 4 years in SL, relegated, come back up.

Be thankful you follow the most succesful side in our game, you certainly wouldnt have stuck it out this long following us

I enjoyed all the build up put on by Hudds etc and the atmosphere was electric in our end. Huddersfield did a good job with everything apart from they didnt really do themselves justice on the pitch imo. That will come though and we should be commending Huddersfield for the progress they have made.

I sort of agree with the OP. But, I spent a good few days building up to the game working out where we'd be in the league if results didn't go our way etc. I can't help feeling that if it had been a Stains/Wire/Leeds game i'd have been a bit more excited.

I think the way Huddersfield have to remedy it is to win something and spend a few more years at the top, we're building quite a rivalry with them.

We are progressing on and off the pitch - and in some ways off the pitch is proving tougher hence robbie hp appointment.

Galpharm stadium is a double edged sword with us , but I'll take empty seats for having a premium ground capable of holding internationals and cc semis. It's always better when the opposition fans are so well supported. Posted before match that Wigan at home is my favourite fixture and the Friday night was a good one again , other than result.

10k attendance aswell. Considering it was a friday night, the game was on sky and huddersfield town have just got to wembley I was impressed with that. I would love it if Hudds could begin to attract 10k on a regular basis. Then watch the club grow from there.

Was on SKY aswell had that game been today would have been more from Wigan and more from the Gaints taking the crowd to over 11500,being at the game why do they have the mascot banging the biggest drum in West Yorkshire but its a good job Wigan fans made some noise than the chants of forward and fartown.
