I tweeted to Bilko earlier that imo I thought it would be more appropriate for a minutes silence as applause is usually for celebrating someones life and achievements and this young man was taken far too soon. But on reading it was Ian and his familys request then it is absolutley the right thing to do. RIP

is it a minuites silance or a minuites appaluse because on the radio just (wish fm) they said it was a minuites silence.

It will be a minutes applause.
