just walk through the one in albert square and visit each food stall a couple of times and you can eat as much cheese and meat as you like off the sample plates

24 hours opening is a no go imo.
do you know any markets that stay open late? outdoor ones?
when owners have been stood outside for about 8 hours in the cold i think they deserve to go home for a warm.
