| Why doesn't he just add an 'S' onto the DW so it's symmetrical? The logo is red/black/white and the blue paint is being topped up outside? Why? They've changed the signage to DW on my gym and painted the blue strip red, it looks pretty smart.

Quote ="dany1979"Could not agree more.
The revolving DW sign is even worse as you approach the ">stadium.'"
I saw it on SSN and it looked embarrassing on there!
For a PL and SL stadia, the DW looks aesthetically poor.

| If ALL we have to moan and worry a few letters in the Stadium that you can't see when people are in their seats, then I'll be delighted.
Who cares?
Who's bothered what the stands are called?
Does it really matter?
This message board gets more like a primary school playground by the day.
It's Whelans Stadium. He puts the money in to call it what he likes, and quite rightly.
I don't have to like the man to sit in his Stadium, but I'd be bigger fool to let it stop me going or move my seat to the Boston stand although Billy is one of my all time heroes.

| I've heard the Boston Stand will be having the black outline done over the next fortnight, the reason for the imbalance in the lettering is due to the shadow effect the black is to create.
The actual DW letting is very good and it is only let down aesthetically by the fact it isn't ed within either stand. ATEOD though if Wigan continue to play like that in the DW stadium then I'll be a happy bunny, maybe it's the start of a new era...
